Know Christ - Serve Christ - Make Him Known!

St John’s youth group is all about showing Jesus to youth.
Anyone between 11-18 yrs of age who is interested should definitely come along!

We meet each week to grow in Christ together by learning from the bible and we have the opportunity to reach out to our friends with the good news of Jesus. We also have social activities and camps throughout the year where we get to know Jesus and each other better. It’s a great time!

Sunday Programme

4:30 Start our teaching time which is a mix of talk, discussions and activities.
6:00 Shared meal with the Youth Group (please bring a side of fruit or dessert to share)
6:20 Dinner clean up and a time of hanging out and games with both groups.
6:45 End of youth group (or move to church for 7:00 service)

Bring your friends to Youth Group!

It’s always a great idea to bring your friends along to Youth Group, but on the 15th of June we’re having a special Youth Group that’s aimed at non-Christians who are keen to find out about Jesus! It’d be great for you to start thinking about someone you could invite along!

Socials!

We’re going to have separate guys & girls sleepovers on the night of Friday the 23rd of May! It’ll be a great chance to hang out, watch movies, play games, and get to know each other better. More details at Youth Group as the time approaches!

7 O'Clock Service

Why not come along to the 7 O’clock service afterwards!? This is an opportunity to listen to God speak to us through a talk from the Bible, meet other Christians, and to pray and sing alongside these people in order to encourage each other to know more about Jesus and to love him more.
